Lyoko
started
liking electronic music when he was 12. Since then, he opened
his ears more and more, listening to djs like: Hernán
Cattaneo, Paul Oakenfold, Sasha, Deep Dish, and some compiled
of Progressive Trance.
At
the beginning of 2003, he felt curiosity for the decks, and
joined Sonica. With 21 years of age, he played at important
places and events, like Pacha, Caix, Envy, Peugeot 206 Creamfields,
Expo BoomA, etc.. next to brands as Topline, Fibertel, Heineken
& Red Bull, representing his school in several opportunities.
In
mid 2004, leaving the Progressive House, he felt under the influence
of artists like Luke Fair, Danny Howells, Can Costa, Desyn Masiello,
Mylo, Ewan Pearson & Sander Kleinenberg.
His
sets can be described as strong and amusing, with acid personality,
groovy bases and emotional melodies. Within the styles he mixes
nowadays, it can be found an extensive variety, between tech-house,
electro, funk, e-clash & progressive.
At
the moment, he spends his time making edits, producing his first
tracks and promoting himself in several radios, such as Proton,
Frisky, ETN, Mercury Sessions, Club 246, Dance Fm, KSK &
X4 Radio.
His edits have been supported by dj's like Chris Salt, Neil
Quigley, Helen K, Matt Tolfrey, Hans Tavera, Federico Giust,
and locals Ricky Ryan, Dudu Soldani, Romayn, Romix.
